HOW LONG WE STORE DATA FOR
We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, and in accordance with our legal obligations. Specifically:
Coaching records and communications — retained for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter
Financial and transaction records — retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Australian taxation law
Email and marketing data — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymise it.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant third-party payment provider. The following protections apply:

Your complete credit card details are never visible to us or any unauthorised party
All transaction data is encrypted and stored within Stripe's secure, bank-grade infrastructure
We do not store your payment card details on our own systems
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your payment data, no system is entirely immune to risk. By using our services, you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
AGE OF CONSENT
